We offer two levels of management

Full Management

The management service is as follows:

• Provide advice as to the likely rental income.
• Advertise and market the Property - includes 'to let' boards.
• Select tenants, arrange viewings and take up references.
• Prepare the Tenancy Agreement.
• Arrange an inventory and schedule of condition of the Property - Extra Fee Applies, £80 - £125 + vat
• Advise and assist in transferring utility service accounts.
• Collect a deposit from the tenant to be held by Deposit Protection Scheme.
• Collect rental payments and forward monies to the Landlords.
• Carry out inspections of the Property.
• Arrange repairs or maintenance to the Property.
• Serve notices of possession.
• Check out tenant at the end of the tenancy. This includes dealing with dilapidations and returning the bond.
• We Guarantee to beat any Property Management Fee *

Platinum Management - Stress Free Management

With our Platinum Managment you can take the worry out of renting - If a tenant fails to pay their rent for whatever reason, we will pay the rent on their behalf.

If you need to evict a tenant - you will be covered for costs up to £50,000
